As President of the Board of Directors, of the Homeowners Association, It is truly my pleasure to serve you and guide our community to great things in the future. We’ve made may improvements, with much more on the horizon. With 25 new homes being added at the front of the community (Clayton, Co.) and an additional three new homes being completed on Pine View trail, our community continues to grow, which will provide additional revenue for neighborhood improvements and social events. We’ve refurbished the playground, painted the Gazebo, repaved the streets and upgraded all our fire hydrants to code. We’ve also formed various committees within the subdivision, here’s where you come in, please join one of the committees and let your voice be heard.Monday, May 21, 2007
